How It Works

1. Place Your Order

Begin your keepsake journey by placing an order on our website. This is the first step in transforming your precious clothing into something meaningful you can hold close for years to come.

2. Send Us Your Clothing

Carefully place the clothing you’d like us to use into your package and send it our way 🤍
The mailing address will be provided in your order confirmation email after checkout.
For guidance on how much clothing to include, please refer to the Clothing Guide below 🌷

3. Made With Love

Once your clothing is received and details are confirmed, I’ll begin thoughtfully crafting your keepsake.
Each piece takes approximately 2–6 weeks after your baby clothing has been received, depending on the season, and every stitch is made slowly, intentionally, and with care and heart.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.

💛 Clothing Guide 💛

• Single-Sided Stocking: Approximately 4–6 baby clothing items are recommended. If the clothing pieces are very small, please send a few extra items for the best results 🤍

• Double-Sided Stocking: Approximately 8–10 baby clothing items are recommended, depending on the size of the garments 🤍

• Footed baby sleepers with cute animal feet or character details are especially recommended, as those little details can often be incorporated into the stocking design and make the final keepsake even more adorable 🤍

Any clothing not used in the creation of your keepsake, along with larger leftover fabric pieces and meaningful fabric scraps, will be carefully returned with your finished keepsake 🤍

💛 How to Send Your Baby Clothing 💛

• Please make sure all clothing is clean before mailing 🤍
• Place the clothing directly into the package you’ll be shipping
• Include a small note inside with your name and order number

Sometimes the name on the shipping label may be different from the name on the order. To help avoid any confusion, please include a note indicating who the clothing belongs to along with the corresponding order number.

This helps ensure your precious clothing never gets mixed up and that every keepsake is created with the correct memories in mind 🤍

Carefully seal your items in a mailer or box, then ship them to the address provided in your order confirmation email.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit
• For peace of mind, a trackable shipping service is highly recommended

💛 No Returns & No Exchanges 💛

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our keepsake items, all sales are final.
Each piece is made specifically for you using the clothing you provide, which means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun.

After placing your order and completing payment, we kindly ask that you send your loved one’s clothing to us within 7–10 days of your purchase, at your convenience.

To receive your keepsake before Thanksgiving (November 26, 2026), please make sure your baby clothes arrive by October 5, 2026.

To receive your keepsake before Christmas (December 25, 2026), please make sure your baby clothes arrive by October 15, 2026.
