To ensure your keepsake sweatshirt arrives in time for Father’s Day, please make sure your baby clothes arrive to us by May 19, 2026.

✨How It Works ✨

1. Place Your Order
Start your keepsake journey by placing an order on our website. This is the first step to turning your precious clothes into something you can hold close forever.

2. Send Us Your Clothing
Gently place the clothes you’d like us to use into your package and send them our way.
For details on how much clothing to include, please see our Clothing Guide below — it will help you decide with confidence. 🌷

3. Choose Your Thread Colors
Within 7 days of receiving your package, we’ll send you an email with thread color options to choose from. 🌸 Please check your spam or junk folder too, just in case our email finds its way there.

4. Made With Love
Once colors are confirmed,  your keepsake sweatshirt is carefully crafted with attention to every detail.

Processing time is approximately 2–6 weeks after your baby clothing has been received, depending on the season.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.

💛Clothing Guide💛

There’s no strict rule on the number of clothes you need to send, but here are some gentle recommendations to guide you:

✨ 1 piece per letter (recommended, not required)
Think of it as about one baby clothing piece for each letter you’d like on your sweatshirt. (For example, “MAMA” has 4 letters → sending 4 pieces can look beautifully balanced, but it’s only a suggestion, not a requirement.)

✨ Tiny sizes may need more
If you’re sending very small pieces, like premature or newborn short sleeves:

• Front-opening clothing (zippers, buttons, or snaps): usually provides enough fabric for 1 letter, since we can only use the back panel.
• Non-opening clothing (no zipper or buttons in front): often provides enough for 2 letters.

✨ Larger sizes give more fabric
If your clothes are regular baby sizes or larger, fewer pieces are often enough since there’s more fabric to work with.

✨ More is better (but never required)
Sending extra fabric gives us more flexibility, ensures a beautiful result, and everything leftover will always be returned to you.

Any clothing not used in the creation of your keepsake, along with larger leftover fabric pieces and meaningful fabric scraps, will be carefully returned with your finished keepsake 🤍

The font used for sleeve name embroidery may be adjusted to best suit each name. Longer names may require a different font style than shorter ones to ensure the most beautiful result 🤍

🧸 Mini Memories Bear Clothing Guide

To create your keepsake bear, please choose a garment that provides enough fabric for cutting and shaping.
We recommend using clothing that measures at least:

8 inches wide (from side to side) 9 inches tall (from top to bottom)

This allows enough fabric for your little bear — from ear to foot 💛

For the best result:
We require fabric for both the front and back of the Keepsake mini bear.
Please send at least 2 baby garments to ensure there is enough material for a beautiful, balanced design 🤍

How to Send Your Baby Clothes for Keepsake

✨ Prepare the Baby Clothes

Please send us your little one’s clean clothes in the way that feels easiest for you:

📦 Place the clothes directly into the package you’ll be mailing, and tuck in a small note with your order number and name.

🖊️ If it’s simpler, just write your order number and name clearly on the back of the mailer or box.

🧴 Or, if you have a ziplock bag at home, you can place the clothes inside and write your order number and name on the bag.

👉 This helps us make sure your precious clothes never get mixed up with another customer’s items, and that every keepsake is created with the right memories.

✨ Package & Ship ✨

Once your clothes are prepared, seal them securely in a mailer or box.
Then, ship the package to the address provided in your order confirmation email.

⚠️ Please note:

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

- We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during shipping.

- For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

After placing your order and completing payment, we kindly ask that you send your loved one’s clothing to us within 7–10 days of your purchase, at your convenience.

Please send your baby clothing within 4 weeks of purchase to keep your order on schedule.
Orders may be subject to cancellation if materials are not received within this timeframe.

To receive your keepsake before Thanksgiving (November 26, 2026), please make sure your baby clothes arrive by October 5, 2026.

To receive your keepsake before Christmas (December 25, 2026), please make sure your baby clothes arrive by October 15, 2026.

📌 Disclaimers & Policies 

1. Clothing Condition
Please send freshly washed clothing. We can’t use items that are soiled, stained, or have strong odors.

2. Cutting & Embroidery
Your garment will be cut and embroidered as part of the keepsake process and can’t be restored to its original state. Leftover fabric will be returned unless requested otherwise.

3. Unusable Materials
We can’t work with leather, thick vinyl, sequins, or bulky fabrics. These materials may not be usable.

4. Shipping Responsibility
Customers cover all shipping costs and are responsible for items in transit. Please use a trackable service.

5. Production Timeline
Orders take about 2–6 weeks after we receive your items. Timelines may extend during busy seasons.

6. Natural VariationsEach keepsake is individually crafted, so gentle variations in stitching or shape may occur, these small details make every piece uniquely yours. 

7. No Returns / Refunds
All sales are final once embroidery begins. We can’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom keepsakes.

8. Ownership & Responsibility
Please ensure you’re ready to part with your garment. We can’t replace sentimental or irreplaceable items if damaged.

9. CommunicationThread color selections will be sent via email. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) so we can complete your keepsake smoothly. 

10. Photos & VideosWe occasionally share photos or short clips of our keepsakes to showcase the love and detail behind each piece.If you’d prefer yours to remain private, just let us know, we’ll always respect that. 💛
