Begin your keepsake journey by placing your order on our website

2. Send Your Clothing
Carefully package the clothing you’d like used and send it our way 🤍
The mailing address will be provided in your order confirmation email
(Please refer to the Clothing Guide below for recommended quantities)

3. Made With Love
Each banner is carefully crafted with attention to every detail
Processing time is approximately 2–6 weeks after clothing is received

💛 Clothing Guide

Below is the minimum number of outfits recommended for each name length:

• 3 letters – 4 outfits
• 4 letters – 5 outfits
• 5 letters – 6 outfits
• 6 letters – 7 outfits
• 7 letters – 8 outfits
• 8 letters – 9 outfits
• 9 letters – 10 outfits
• 10 letters – 11 outfits

Sending a little extra is always recommended 🤍
It helps ensure the most meaningful and beautiful pieces are brought together in your keepsake.

Any clothing not used in the creation of your keepsake, along with larger leftover fabric pieces and meaningful fabric scraps, will be carefully returned with your finished keepsake 🤍

🧵 Accepted Materials

A variety of meaningful fabrics can be used, including:

• Baby clothing
• Crib sheets
• Burp cloths
• Other fabrics that hold special memories

Fabric pieces should be at least 6” x 8” and able to be cut with fabric scissor.

🚫 Leather and vinyl materials are not accepted

📦 How to Send Your Clothing

• Please ensure all clothing is clean before sending
• Place items securely in your package
• Include a note with your name and order number

👉 The name on the shipping label may differ from the order name
Please include a note indicating who the clothing belongs to to avoid any mix-ups 🤍

🚚 Shipping Information

• Ship your package to the address in your order confirmation email
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit
• A trackable shipping service is strongly recommended

⏳ Order Timeline

• Please send your clothing within 4 weeks of purchase
• Orders may be canceled if materials are not received within this timeframe

Due to the custom, handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun
