Each Keepsake Memory Elephant is thoughtfully created from the clothing of someone you love — whether it’s baby clothes, a favorite shirt, a hospital blanket, or other meaningful fabrics that hold special memories.

Every elephant is one of a kind and carefully designed to honor the colors, textures, and stories within your fabric. No two keepsakes will ever be exactly alike.

Because each keepsake is individually created from your meaningful clothing, slight variations in final size may occur. Please note that the elephant is not designed to sit upright on its own and may require gentle support when displayed 🤍

📦 How It Works

1. Place Your Order
Start your keepsake journey by placing an order on our website. This is the first step to turning your precious clothes into something you can hold close forever.

2. Send Us Your Clothing
Gently place the clothes you’d like us to use into your package and send them our way.
For details on how much clothing to include, please see our Clothing Guide below — it will help you decide with confidence. 🌷

The shipping address will be provided in your order confirmation email after checkout.

3. Made With Love
Once colors are confirmed, we’ll lovingly craft your keepsake sweatshirt. Each piece takes about 2–6 weeks after your baby clothing has been received, depending on the season, and every stitch is made with care and heart.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.

💛 Clothing Guide 💛

For a Keepsake Memory Elephant, please send 11–14 pieces of clothing to ensure there is enough fabric to create your keepsake.

For baby clothing, size 6 months and up is required.
This is because the elephant’s face, trunk, and body use larger fabric sections, and smaller clothing sizes may not provide enough usable width to achieve the intended final look.

Smaller clothing sizes may result in excessive patchwork and may affect the overall appearance of the keepsake.

If you have meaningful clothing that is smaller than 6 months, you are welcome to include it in addition to the required clothing pieces. When possible, these smaller pieces may be incorporated into details such as the ears, arms, feet, or accent areas 🤍

Pants do not count as one full clothing piece due to their narrow shape, but you are still very welcome to include them, as small sections can sometimes be used for certain parts of the elephant.

Please note: Materials that cannot be cut with fabric scissors—such as leather, thick vinyl, raincoat material, or very thick fabrics—are not suitable for Keepsake Memory Elephants.

Extremely stretchy fabrics, such as swimsuits, are also not recommended, as they may affect the final shape and finish of your keepsake.

If the clothing provided is not sufficient, we may use a plain white fabric to complete your Memory elephant.

Any clothing not used in the creation of your Memory elephant, along with larger leftover fabric pieces and meaningful scraps, will be carefully returned to you with your finished keepsake elephant. 🤍

For adult clothing, the recommended amount is:
• 2–3 pieces for standard adult-sized garments
• 3–5 pieces for smaller-sized garments or garments with limited usable fabric

Please note that each Memory Elephant is handmade and one of a kind.
Small variations in shape, stitching, and details are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

💛 Name Embroidery Add-On (Optional) 💛

Personalized name embroidery is available as an optional add-on.

If adding embroidery, please use Special Notes (optional) to indicate your preferred embroidery placement. (for example: foot, ear, body, etc.).

Because each keepsake is created from unique clothing and fabric layouts, embroidery placement may vary. Longer names or messages may not fit on the elephant’s foot and may need to be placed on the ear, body, or another area instead.

If no placement preference is provided, embroidery placement will be selected based on the text length, fabric layout, and overall design of the keepsake to achieve the best final result.

Please note that exact placement cannot be guaranteed, as every piece of clothing and keepsake design is different 🤍

How to Send Your Baby Clothes for Keepsake

Please make sure all clothing is clean before sending it to us, so we can properly receive and handle your items.

📦 Place the clothing directly into the package you’ll be mailing, and include a small note with your order number and name inside.

🖊️ If it’s easier, you may also write your order number and name clearly on the outside or back of the mailer or box.

👉 Please note: sometimes the name on the shipping label is different from the name on the order. To avoid any confusion, kindly include a note indicating who the clothing belongs to and the corresponding order number.

This helps ensure your precious clothing never gets mixed up with another customer’s items, and that every keepsake is created with the correct order and memories. 🤍

Once your clothing is prepared, please seal it securely in a mailer or box.
Ship the package to the address provided in your order confirmation email.

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
• For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Keepsake Elephant Care Instructions:
Spot clean only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Keep away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight.
Do not microwave — some weighted keepsakes may contain steel shot, and heating may create a fire or safety hazard.
For decorative and sentimental use only — not intended as a toy.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our keepsake items, all sales are final.

Each piece is made specifically for you using the clothing you provide, which means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun.

To receive your keepsake before Christmas (December 25, 2026), please make sure your baby clothes arrive by October 15, 2026.
