Each Memory Penguin is lovingly handcrafted from the clothing you provide, preserving favorite fabrics, prints, and special details in a keepsake made just for you.

Its sweet, rounded design provides a beautiful way to showcase different pieces of meaningful clothing, making every Memory Penguin completely unique.

📦 How It Works

1. Place Your Order

Start your keepsake journey by placing an order on the website. This is the first step toward transforming precious clothing into a keepsake to cherish forever.

2. SendYour Clothing

Gently place the clothing you'd like included in your keepsake into a package and mail it to the address provided.

For details on how much clothing to include, please see the Clothing Guide below—it will help you decide with confidence. 🌷

The shipping address will be provided in your order confirmation email after checkout.

3. Made With Love

Once your clothing has been received, your keepsake will be carefully handcrafted. Processing time is typically 2–6 weeks, depending on the season. 🤍

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.

💛 Clothing Guide 💛

For a Memory penguin, we recommend sending 8-9 pieces of baby clothing to ensure we have enough fabric to work with.

Please note that materials which cannot be cut with fabric scissors—such as leather, thick vinyl, raincoat material, or very thick fabrics—are not suitable for Memory Dogs. Extremely stretchy fabrics, such as swimsuits, are also not recommended.

Very thin or see-through fabrics may be too delicate to use on their own, but may still be able to use them as accent or layered details depending on the material.

Pants do not count as one full clothing piece due to their narrow shape, but you are still very welcome to include them, as small sections can sometimes be used for certain parts of the dog.

If the clothing consists of preemie or newborn sizes only, please include 2–3 additional pieces, as these garments are smaller and provide less usable fabric.

For adult clothing, the following is generally recommended:

• 2–3 pieces for standard adult-sized garments
• 3–5 pieces if the clothing runs very small
  

If the clothing provided is not sufficient, we may use a plain white fabric to complete your Memory Dog.

Any clothing not used in the creation of your Memory penguin, along with larger leftover fabric pieces and meaningful scraps, will be carefully returned to you with your finished keepsake penguin. 🤍

💛 Embroidery Placement – Please Note 💛

Embroidery placement will be carefully selected based on the fabric patterns, clothing layout, and overall design of your Memory Penguin.

Depending on the design, embroidery may be placed on the body, back of the head, or back of the penguin, wherever it fits best and complements the finished keepsake.

Final embroidery placement will be determined during the design process.

How to Send Your Baby Clothes for Keepsake

Please make sure all clothing is clean before sending it to us, so we can properly receive and handle your items.

📦 Place the clothing directly into the package you’ll be mailing, and include a small note with your order number and name inside.

🖊️ If it’s easier, you may also write your order number and name clearly on the outside or back of the mailer or box.

👉 Please note: sometimes the name on the shipping label is different from the name on the order. To avoid any confusion, kindly include a note indicating who the clothing belongs to and the corresponding order number.

This helps ensure your precious clothing never gets mixed up with another customer’s items, and that every keepsake is created with the correct order and memories. 🤍

Once your clothing is prepared, please seal it securely in a mailer or box.
Ship the package to the address provided in your order confirmation email.

Keepsake Penguin Care Instructions:
Spot clean only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Keep away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight.
Do not microwave — some weighted keepsakes may contain steel shot, and heating may create a fire or safety hazard.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our keepsake items, all sales are final.

Each piece is made specifically for you using the clothing you provide, which means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun.

To receive your keepsake before Christmas (December 25, 2026), please make sure your baby clothes arrive by October 15, 2026.
