Whether it’s baby clothes filled with first milestones, or a loved one’s garment that holds deep sentimental value, each Memory Bear tells a story. Every stitch is made with care, honoring the love, moments, and memories woven into the fabric.

Each Memory Bear takes approximately 2–6 weeks to complete, depending on the season and level of customization.

To ensure your keepsake is completed within this timeline, please send your baby clothes within 14 days of placing your order. Orders received after this timeframe may require additional processing time.

📦 How It Works

1. Place Your Order
Start your keepsake journey by placing an order on our website. This is the first step to turning your precious clothes into something you can hold close forever.

2. Send Us Your Clothing
Gently place the clothes you’d like us to use into your package and send them our way.
For details on how much clothing to include, please see our Clothing Guide below — it will help you decide with confidence. 🌷

The shipping address will be provided in your order confirmation email after checkout.

3. Made With Love
Each piece takes about 2–6 weeks after your baby clothing has been received, depending on the season, and every stitch is made with care and heart.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.

💛 Clothing Guide 💛

For a Memory Bear, we recommend sending 11–14 pieces of baby clothing to ensure we have enough fabric to work with.

Please note that materials which cannot be cut with fabric scissors—such as leather, thick vinyl, raincoat material, or very thick fabrics—are not suitable for Memory Bears. Extremely stretchy fabrics, such as swimsuits, are also not recommended.

Very thin or see-through fabrics may be too delicate to use on their own, but may still be able to use them as accent or layered details depending on the material.

Pants do not count as one full clothing piece due to their narrow shape, but you are still very welcome to include them, as small sections can sometimes be used for certain parts of the bear.

Ruffles can absolutely be incorporated if enough suitable material is available. Lightweight knit fabrics and soft stretchy fabrics usually work well for ruffle details 🤍

If the clothing consists of preemie or newborn sizes only, please include 2–3 additional pieces, as these garments are smaller and provide less usable fabric.

For adult clothing, we generally recommend:

• 2–3 pieces for standard adult-sized garments
• 3–5 pieces if the clothing runs very small
  

If the clothing provided is not sufficient, we may use a plain white fabric to complete your Memory Bear.

Any clothing not used in the creation of your Memory Bear, along with larger leftover fabric pieces and meaningful scraps, will be carefully returned to you with your finished keepsake bear. 🤍

💛 Design Details & Clothing Selection 💛

All decorative details on your Memory Bear—such as hoodie collars, tutu, skirts, ruffles, or other special elements—are created from the clothing you send us. We thoughtfully adapt these details to fit the bear’s shape and size, always with care and intention.

In some cases, features like a hoodie collar, tutu, skirt can be beautifully incorporated into the bear’s design. In other cases, it may not be possible due to sizing or fabric limitations. Our goal is always to create the most beautiful and balanced Memory Bear possible using the materials provided.

Sending multiple clothing pieces gives us more flexibility to add thoughtful design touches and subtle details. That said, every garment you send holds meaning—each piece carries a memory, and the clothing you choose plays an important role in the final look of your bear.

We approach every Memory Bear with care, respect, and the intention to honor your memories in the most beautiful way. 🤍

Please note that each Memory Bear is handmade and one of a kind.
Small variations in shape, stitching, and details are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

💛 Birth Weight Add-On – Please Note 💛

The maximum weight available is 8lb 8oz.

This item is intended as a keepsake and is not a toy.

The weight is created using securely enclosed steel shot pellets.

⚠️ Do not microwave, heat, or warm this keepsake.

This is not a heatable bear, weighted therapy bear, or stuffed toy.

How to Send Your Baby Clothes for Keepsake

Please make sure all clothing is clean before sending it to us, so we can properly receive and handle your items.

📦 Place the clothing directly into the package you’ll be mailing, and include a small note with your order number and name inside.

🖊️ If it’s easier, you may also write your order number and name clearly on the outside or back of the mailer or box.

👉 Please note: sometimes the name on the shipping label is different from the name on the order. To avoid any confusion, kindly include a note indicating who the clothing belongs to and the corresponding order number.

This helps ensure your precious clothing never gets mixed up with another customer’s items, and that every keepsake is created with the correct order and memories. 🤍

Once your clothing is prepared, please seal it securely in a mailer or box.
Ship the package to the address provided in your order confirmation email.

Keepsake Bear Care Instructions:
Spot clean only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Keep away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight.
Do not microwave — some weighted keepsakes may contain steel shot, and heating may create a fire or safety hazard.

Each piece is made specifically for you using the clothing you provide, which means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun.
